As reserve list service allocation has been. Can anyone please tell what are the formalities we are supposed to do? it is written that candidates whose names have ** appended need to login and check ststus, where would they login? i am not the one with ** though.

Don't worry dear...DOPT is presently sending letter to respective ministries and they would communicate further. As recently we had talked with DOPT, they told that soon procedure will start. If u still feel you may miss some step, then you can also be part of the Facebook group named cse reserve list 2014. PS: I know that u don't access whatsup so won't recommend the same group.
