I had accident ten years ago due to which I suffered serious injuries to my shoulders and knees. My writing hand is also affected by this. Few days back, private doctor during examination said I had certain nerve damage, muscle weakness due to which my writing is affected. I didnt know this before I wrote my mains months ago, so I wrote from normal general category. I read gazette in that its written I need certificate from govt hospital to avail the locomotor disability. Can someone please guide, where in Delhi should I get my shoulder checked and obtain the certificate for UPSC exam this year?
