Need help with the preparation

I am a civil servant aspirant with political science optional. I decided to prepare the optional paper myself since I am not in a position to attend Shubhra Ranjan Mam's class in delhi (I am working in kerala). I got mam's complete class notes. But the problem is that mam's notes have some additional topics than what given in syllabus. For example: In Equality part, mam's notes contains theories of equality. But similar thing is not mentioned in UPSC syllabus. And also some topics are missing from the notes, again referring to uspc syllabi. I am in great confusion that whether I have missed anything. Please can anyone provide the detailed syllabus (much more precise than prescribed by upsc aleast for paper 1) Or tell what all thing extra mam is teaching in class. Mam's students can help me i guess. Kindly help me. Thanks in advance.

Start studying from a standard book keeping notes only to understand briefly ...check the previous year questions on that topic...in the course of your study u will get the enlightenment!!!!!
