if you are preparing for upsc, first of all accept that you are indian by heart like that topper kashmiri
Brother please clarify whether you believe that Hari Singh had the right to decide on fate of kashmiri or not??? If yes
than we both know he would have never sided with Pakistan... He sided with India.... You could argue that he did not want to sided with anyone but in that case you would have been living under a monarch,,,,,
If not.. Than you need to understand that Jammu was under rule of Dev dynasty for 800 years upto 1816 and since than under Hari Singh dynasty so there is no way anyone can claim on it other than India. Same is the case with Ladakh. Kashmir valley is a very little part of the Indian administrated Kashmir. Even in this little part kashmiri Pandit have their stakes.
So please don't include whole Kashmir in your argument. It's only Kashmir valley that you should be taking about.
@Teddy Sir I want to unconditionally apologize for hurting u. I understand that ur father is DIG. Please don't file complain against me. kashmiris are not as well off as u people.
Another thing, suppose you reach the PT stage and asked by the board to comment on the kashmir issue (being from J&K you will be asked to) 1. You take the secessionist view - you are screwed 2. You change your stand - you are a liar and a rank opportunist
