There is no way to know this, my friend. Marking pattern varied greatly from 2013 to 2014. There is no way to speculate either on one's own score or on a "good score" because the quality of answers is judged by UPSC and not by us.

When 1200 are selected cutoff will be marks of rank 1200..when 1000 are selected cut off will be marks of rank 1000 Mark of rank 1000>12000...but that doesn't makrs much difference becoz of high concentration of candidate in low range of marks

But there is upward going trend and gs papers question were more relevant and easily doable than last year...so mark pattern for gs seem to be same as last year so i think concentration may be higher in middle level scores to high rather than low
