Should we become rude for our future Job..anaytha.sab faayada utha lete hai..I become too lenient at certain time and @ most of the places..definitely a negative point for my future job.

balance maintain karna aana chahiye.. rude hoke subordinates se kaam karwaya nahi ja sakta hamesha.. also when you have to coordinate things, then you need to be diplomatic and flexible..

Where I work as of now..I am a pea...no real value..Does power,Post and authority change you..If I become IAS...how can I order a 40 years old uncle to do something..will my confidence be shaky...

तुम सबके भगवान, कहो मंदिर में भेद-भाव कैसा? हे मेरे पाषाण! पसीजो, बोलो क्यों होता ऐसा? मैं गरीबिनी, किसी तरह से पूजा का सामान जुटाती। बड़ी साध से तुझे पूजने, मंदिर के द्वारे तक आती॥
कह देता है किंतु पुजारी, यह तेरा भगवान नहीं है। दूर कहीं मंदिर अछूत का और दूर भगवान कहीं है॥ मैं सुनती हूँ, जल उठती हूँ, मन में यह विद्रोही ज्वाला। यह कठोरता, ईश्वर को भी जिसने टूक-टूक कर डाला॥
यह निर्मम समाज का बंधन, और अधिक अब सह न सकूँगी। यह झूठा विश्वास, प्रतिष्ठा झूठी, इसमें रह न सकूँगी॥ ईश्वर भी दो हैं, यह मानूँ, मन मेरा तैयार नहीं है। किंतु देवता यह न समझना, तुम पर मेरा प्यार नहीं है॥

तुम कह दो, तुमको उनकी इन बातों पर विश्वास नहीं है। छुत-अछूत, धनी-निर्धन का भेद तुम्हारे पास नहीं है॥
Advantages of being rude-- U don't need to explain every time.. U have your personal space U are not bothered too much U don't need much manana n all.. As I think such people get easily gussa n all.. -It can lead to people thinking u like being alone... N u end up thinking how lonesome u are.. - I don't think rudeness helps in public sphere - rudeness for me speaking your mind.. U don't want to go somewhere u say no. U don't want to talk u don't.. And one needs to balance it..
Obviously u can not knowingly choose to be someone... Sabka apna character hai... Shouldn't be confused with running away from responsibility but letting people who understand u know what u want and obviously knowing when u
