I employed in a PSU, but since August 2015 I am on leave and I am not planning to go back to job till mains results. Do we require any NOC from PSU at the time of interview??

No, but just send a mail to HR that you have interview. Or you should have informed them that you had mains so that they dont create any problem. Vese bhi select hoo gaye tho people don't create problems.
