In Patna center, I saw the whole demographics had changed. Most candidates were old timers who were earlier eliminated by the CSAT.. Many gave their last mains 2-3 years back and were employed in state PCS or secretariat. Hindi was the dominant medium. On the contrary, in the last 2 years, most were engineering graduates. I think other regional centers like Allahabad would also mirror this change.. How was it in Delhi? Any one observed any change??
great resurgence of hindi force all around.. I was at shahadra center and english guys were in minority.
