my take 1.gs will be opinion based except gs1 which is itself factual in nature.....ans sab likh ke ayenge aur yaha gandh machayenge 2.optional as usual 3.and finally difficulty level is not important rather it is competition.....isliye so called toughest exam of india ke liye tyyar ho jaaoooooo
see its a fallacy to believe many in-service people and interview reached people are not writing mains.... seats were less this time so selections also fewer... we are not taking into cognizance that seats were incraesing since 2-3 years and have first time got reduced... further, those in-service people and interview reached people who could not qualify this time are not many.... then again, this time all people have sound knowledge of GS to score 106 in p1 which is not easy and unlike scoring 150 in p2 due to measures of an eccentric person. keep these things in mind
There is no point speculating. Everytime the competition is humongous, and trust me only 10% of them are well prepared. Covering the entire syllabus and writing them to the point is an arduous task.
