Pros of mp sir 1. It provides a good simulation of mains papers in terms of quality and standard of questions. 2. Discussions of test papers will help in plugging loopholes in our preparation and improving in answer writing.
Cons. You may have to wait for 15-20 days after test for evaluation and feedback.
I have shared my strategy previously under this discussion as @ratanbg. But since I have scored average marks last year(122 in each), you may look for more credible source like blog of Prabhav joshi(air23 - 2013)

@ForTheWatch Bhai sabse pehle to aapne mujh jaise ladke ko deserving candidate bola, iske liye bahut bahut Shukriya aapka bhai.... Bahut hi kam, bahut hi kam log mujhe deserving candidate bolte hain... Zyadatar logo mujhe Bevakoof Dhakkan candidate hi samajhte hain....
Bhai philosophy ka paper to mera thik raha.. Matlab maine to behtar hi karne ka prayaas kiya tha, jitna mujhse ban sakta tha.......Fir dekhte hain ab bhai, kya kya hota hai..
Agar kismat mein raha to Maa Saraswati ke aashirwaad se aapne jo kaha hai, wo bilkul poora hoga
