Yes I think it's time now that UPSC shud postpone mains exam in view of rain havoc in madras. If it goes ahead,it will be doing injustice to madras aspirants.
i called up upsc just now. the person on the other side told me that situation is yet to be reviewed. The affected people can give a written letter to the commission. so all chennai aspirants pl gather at one place. what do u suggest we should do? Its not chennai alone. Entire Tamil nadu and parts of andhra coast r severely affected. So if anyone wants to give a suggestion about what we should do?
