suggest me important books

suggest me the list of important books..class notes from different teachers...I m a newcomer to civil service. .with zero knowledge about materials and books.can anyone help me find my doubts..#planning for my self preparation...suggest me important class notes..guys.#atleast the names of teachers

    Art and Culture : Ancient India(Old NCERT), NIOS Culture material and One institute notes on Culture (Vision or GKtoday or Singhania)

    Modern History: NCERT Modern History + Bipin Chandra's freedom Struggle.

    India after Freedom: NCERT Political science book- Politics in India after independence + Bipin chandra's India since independence (selected chapters)

    World History: NCERT Old class 9+10 and Normal Lowe.

    Geography: NCERT 11-12th + G.C. Leong

    Polity: Laxmikanth
    Governance: ARC report relevant parts only.
    Social Justice : Vision handouts
    IR- strategy and challenges: RAJIV sikri, then news particularly Rajamohan's articles.
    For rest in paper 2: One source for basic concept (may be vision handouts) then news.

    Paper 3:
    Economy: NCERT introductory macro economics, Mrunal Lectures (YouTube), Sriram Economy notes, News
    Science and tech : Ncert science and technology (10th), Biology (12th), class notes of one institution for traditional concepts (may be Vaji Ram) and Vision Current affairs
    Security Issue: Any one source (may be newly released Shankar's booklet) then news
    Environment : NCERT 12th bio (ecology concepts), Shankar's environment, news
    Agriculture : Dutt and Sundaram, economic survey 2013-14 chapters on agriculture, news

    Ethics: Lexicon, Arc report: Ethics in Governance, focus on writing style.

    Currents: Best way to make own notes from newspaper; to supplement - Vision Current monthly issues, Insights daily current events.

    Remaining topics/heads of syllabus: Just refer any one source which is enough to understand basics. No points in looking for best source and wasting time.

    Answer writing: After reading some basic books, start from Insights secure exercise (Insightsonindia.com) then join a regular test series.

    Essay: Learns basic of essay writing from any toppers blog, read some of their essays or structures ; attempt one essay each fortnight, topic can be taken from Insightsonindia.com
