    Not same.

Citizen centric administration is a means. Good governance is an end.
Cca is a fact. Gg is a value.
Cca is a subset of Gg, Gg is the whole set.

Mere Cca not enough to achieve Gg (No use of Cca if there is no, say equality of opportunity or high govt connived religious intolerance in the society or no strong courts to check administrative discretion.)

Cca requires administrative reforms, BPR, change in notions, sensitivity..is an exclusively administrative domain. Gg encompasses the whole institutional, procedural and behavioral set up of the country.

Cca is easeness of our transaction with government. Gg is easeness of our transaction with life.

thanks a lot brother for your reply!!!:)
  • @raze
Brother can you please also throw some light on some major initiatives in India for Citizen centric Administration?

You can talk about any govt initiative which enhances accountability, increases transparency in administration or brings it closer to the people.
    Eg:
RTI, E-governance, Citizen charters, Sevottam model, 73rd & 74th, Amendments, Consumer protection acts etc. You can even add various rights commissions and grievance redressal mechanisms. @Tanuj
