  • tumhe 1.5 saal ki leave sanction kaise hyi ?? ya tum bina bataye abstain kar gaye??
  • @osho_baba
mene 14.7.14 ko 1 mail kiya about accident and then 1 month badh back pain ka
uske badh 2 month badh company ke mail aaye i didnt replied
fir letters aaye i didnt recieved and eise 1.4 years hogye mean while mere khilaf ek internal dept enquiry chali but i was not terminated
ab mai unhe mail kiya for rejoining but now they are not replying and playing games with me
asking me tumne kab se leave liya even they knew that etc etc
  • bhai abhi bahut bura fass gya hun
    dilemma hun
  • send a direct mail that terminate me. and give me the relieving papers. if there was any bond involve in that psu , then u would have to pay the amnt. and also the salary received after july bcoz in medical case , they generally give salary for 6 months
  • bhai send a resignation letter to your HoD and keep your controlling officer in CC. your PSU which ever it is , seeing the way it deals with things is gonna take this lightly . make sure you make a call too. and after that pull up the HR department for you PF . they will require a clearance from department which they will procure themselves if you tell them that you have already resigned . just send the mail of segination to HR dept too if they ask
  • Directly send a mail to corporate office...they will reply you soon..else it will take much time...I also worked in a PSU(navaratna)..when I asked my hod for relieving letter he said it will take 2 months...but when I contacted corporate office..just got it in a week...
  • frnds as one dept. inquiry is pending against for availing more than 6 month holiday , they will chargesheet me
If i now give resign will they accept it or not as inquiry is still going on
i have never communicated them since last year
3 months notice period ka kya rule hota hai yar woh point bi hai na

When you want to quit why the hell, they need enquiry...don't think much just send resignation to head office and you will get relieving soon, as they too don't want to waste time for a person who doesn't want to work for them...I even got my pf back in 2 months....and relieving letter in a week, is after paying my bond amount

  • Depends on ur hod. They can relieve you in one day or can streth this matter by completing dept enquiry n chargesheeting u. I hv seen both type of cases in 5 yrs of my job.
Give a unconditional resignation letter with witness of any 2 of your colleagues and send it to them by Regd Post or visit personally n hand it over under receipt.
They hv to act on it
  • @GForce i will be giving mail for resignation to GM of our state and CC to my location incharge
i have only fear of my enquiry
what should be the reason for resignation as they do ask for it also
