Coaching GS ( pre + mains ) - Which batch to join ?

I am civil services 2014 aspirant . I have just finished b.tech and have a job offer( delhi) , joining period is jan , 2014 .
I have a few doubts :

1) i searched vaji's website , it mentions two courses : 1st starting in june(4 months GS Mains for those who appeared in Pre and are confident of clearing it) and second in october( 5 and a half months GS pre + mains for 2014 aspirants ) . I am a beginner so what should i do ? join in june( have not prepared ncerts ) or october ( read ncerts and all till then but the job starts in jan and coaching period will be till march 2014) .
