guys I had joined eca (online portal..come on india) for economic survey n iyb in a may after news of csat removal. they were suppose to finish both iyb n survey im two months ie by July. they have still done even half (actually not even 1/4th) of that till now..luckily in prelim not much came from.iyb or eco survey.
I have tried contacting these guys on there no. email even Facebook they stopped replying somewhere in July.
so I have two request first u all shud be be aware of these sites run by Upsc aspirant I guess jinka khud ka syllabus hota nahi h..hume saath me aur ltka dete h...trust standard sites n coaching or do seld study.
secondly consumer court me jaine se kuch milega kya n time kitna consume ho jaega at consumer court etc as its only 3000 rupees so time is more valuable.
I am more than willing so say I was wrong even if they provide content by October end

I joined their Mains programme by paying 5000...They are supposed to update the weekly pdf with questions of that week...But till yesterday the last updated pdf file is of July...Every time i mail them they reply back saying some idiotic crap..."Kabhi Meri shaadhi, Kabhi Yaar ki shaadi, some times some one becomes unwell blah blah blah..."
In May, i also joined the same programme...Believe me, i might have sent them atleast 30-40 mails...after every 5-6 mails they used to upload one video, saying that from now on they will be regular...Got really frustrated in July and sent a very big mail asking them what's the need of running a bogus site like this and lot other abuses..
Got a reply in one day, saying they were ready to refund back...I said i don't want the refund this late and want the content for which i subscribed...They didn't reply back...Then i asked for refund and within 3 days i got 3000 back...(@dusrath123: send a strong mail asking them to refund back and don't get into courts and all; cost benefit ration is not high; instead spread your expreience/views through this medium, so that no one else suffers like us and those idiots learn a lesson on professionalism)
In April, i was told that for the Mains students, they will provide IYB+ES videos free of cost...But when Paper-2 was removed, they made it commercial...I paid 8k in total...And in june they came up with a package of 5k for the same thing...After 10 days they reduced it to 4k...[Telling these to those who want to take any of their courses, as to wait for few days]
Taking this opportunity to warn those who want to join their programme...They are never on time (No site/institute is, but they are masters in this unprofessional attitude)...They don't respond back...Content wise as well its not something great..Its pretty ordinary...So don't think of wasting money on such crap...
the site has no fixed landline phone numbers.only mobiles.
their postal address is also hazy.there are no names to contact them.
stay away from them.
also,if some guys can work together and send them a legal notice it might work.
