It's worry regarding the above two questions that's affecting your studies more than the low BP itself. Just get your BP checked again before thinking in terms of long term consequences. By the way, I am a doctor.
Once u have low BP....The minute u disbalance ur diet,you'll again feel low BP and weakness...Instant care is take coffee(strong),nimbu paani(more salt),drink juice,take fruits,go for jogging or running(warmness balances ur BP).....I never suffered from low BP but during my 1year stay...I neglected my health,after 1 year I realized I was suffering from low BP frst time in my life(it was around 60-90),came home and enriched my diet with juices,coffee,fruits etc......Nw its a part and parcel of my life...I keep my diet proper now,so its Fine.
sm frnds suggested abv as take more salt intake, caffeine ,fruit juices ,lemon water ,jogging etc.- its true ,and also work as well ( as I exprinced )

first confirm low bpby measuring it thrice at different times..
age sex and BMI can make 90-100 bp normal... weakness and bp far related... get some vitamins and minerals for a week... eat sprouts milk eggs if can .. agnisar kapalbharati kriya can help...sweat out please... sleep 6-7 hrs only...
