In Today's test I attempted all questions but 1 for which I had no clue.

Among rest oof the questions I attempted, quality was in... only 30 % questions. Mostly I wrote vague answers in very bad hand writing.

@aimtoserve I think this question talks about modern multiplicity of theories and searching for a single all applicable theorey will be against the post modern thinking.
I request you to share answer as well if you get that in soft copy.

I think this question is about evolving concerns in pub administration which has been a each time addressed by new theories ,new perspectives by different thinkers.
Theoretical pluralism is manifestation of the fact that there are theories in public administration but not general theory in pub administration.pub administration is witnessing new developments all the time under the influence of complex objective realities ,social scientific advances,growing demands and aspirations.we have normative concern which has resurge the value concern in the form of efficiency, which has put emphasis on ethical dimension in pub administration. At the same time we have inter theory linkages in the form of politics administration is union,influence of economics ,organization theory intermixing administration.also post Weberian democracy bureaucracy debate has again surfaced.so many new developments are taking place.so diversification of discipline is linked to developments in social sector.so looking down upon theoretical pluralism is not a good idea.as pub administration has emerged and keeps on evolving as a borrowing field and a bridge building discipline .
