Help/ Selected in Reserve List 2013, But No Communication From UPSC?

Those who got a call from the reserve list 2013/ or anyone else, please do me a favor ...

THE ISSUE:

After getting the call from the reserve list 2013 .. was expecting some documents from DoPT regarding call letter/ Foundation Course to begin from Sep, 2015 ... but haven't got any such document till now at new or old address (actually had a permanent address change, and had sent an application to DoPT regarding it, but neither the new nor old address has received any document from DoPT so far) ..

Went to DoPT today, but in no vain .. they simply said "we will send it on gmail" .. but for some reason had already deleted that gmail account and unable to recover it.. now am too worried ...

Anyone who got a call from Reserve list 2013 or anyone else, please answer following questions:

1)Did DoPT sent u any document (at new or old address, in case u had an address change) ?

2)What document we need to have before joining Foundation Course to begin at Sep, 2015 ?

3)Did u get any mail regarding foundation course or so ?

4)How to get an exemption ? (wish to join it from January)
