We are 2 undergrads from IITK, started prep for UPSC this year. We have a 3BHK with huge hall. 1 room and hall are vacant.
1. On 2nd floor, new construction 2. Has AC installed in every room and separate in hall. 3. Furnished with Bed, Mattress, Almira, Study Table and Chair. 4. 5 min walk from Vajiram/Sriram/Karol Bagh metro 5. Kitchen would get combined. 6. Rent -- 13k for the room and 8k for the hall.

Flat is about 10 min walking from metro station, it takes about 25 min to get to ORN from the flat.
Rent is 12000 for the flat; 6000 per head. This is my 4th attempt, have written 2 mains earlier, optional psychology. Will be joining mains test series after prelims.

I enrolled for vajiram GS batch starting from July 11. I got a single room in ORN with AC for 13000 per month. The room condition is OK but overall flat is in bad shape. Yesterday I came for admission but when I saw my room I was very disappointed. I left my job last month and I am used to live in a fully furnished flat.
