  • yes...we have right
  • 2 days before the exam? How will upsc allot admit cards/centres to these people???
and most imp Que is : just in 2 days what they will study to clear prelims exam!!!
  • or UPSC gonna postpone it???No chance..They are very rigid in this area..never gonna postpone it for the sake of few thousand people.
  • May be they will get chance in 2016, ALONGWITH those got failed in 2015 Prelims - due to not counting psper-2 marks in preparing Cutoff
  • This exam is turning into a hornet's nest of litigation and executive action.

P.s. Congratulations. :) (wish I had filled the form)
  • it is really disappointing.I am such candidate who applied but did not appear and in the notification it is written that only those students who appeared in exam would get extra chance. Now they are giving extra chance.May be it will apply only to those students who filed the case and fiiled form.really it is very disheartening
  • But how upsc give admit card at such short time. How is it possible
  • Any info on postponement? dilemma ..................plz
  • UPSC will never postpone it...what may come Paper will be on 23rd Aug .
    Don't hope for it.
last year wasted one month in hoping postponement, one minster gave such assurance.
  • I will be 33 years old in 2016. I applied for 2011 but did not write. Will I be eligible to write in 2016 provided Upsc gives extra attempt according to cat order?
