  • Kya Kya post Aa re h
  • correct input = diet, output will streamline itself.
  • chaawal khana chhod do...
  • No rice, no sweet, 15-20 minutes jog, no eating apart from breakfast-lunch-dinner, eating dinner 2-3 hours before going to sleep..are some of the simple advices..
  • But since u hve to study at least 6-7 hours at one place so it leads to development of belly so how to mitigate it btw infact i m eating only twice a day
  • 2 baar khane se kuch nahi hota..quality of food matters more...parantha, chaawal, sugar ekdum zero kar do...snaks me bhi sirf fruits or salad khao..roz brisk walk karo 45 mins..sab theek ho jaaega..
  • to just bring in to your notice; i was always a bit on heavier side. im too gaining weight....i am preparing since years and so are many of my friends..... nearly all of them have gained weight substantially. very strict diet will solve the problem and strict schedule of study and then strict diet does not make anything easier.... but try to exercise at least half an hour....
  • Hawa kha ke jiyo aur motapa se bacho
  • Bro use 7 minute workout app, this app will target entire body.Simple to use, more over it cosumes very less time.
    Otherwise do yoga :P
