Every time due to time boundations and as candidates were asked to provide all preferences the matter could not be pursued but this time if we knew beforehand that which rank candidate is not not joining we could work to get these vacancies to be filled by next in merit candidates along with 127 reserve list vacancies,,,,,seeing the high no of previously selected candidates my estimation is this no can be anywhere between 50 to 100 so with reserve list 177 to 227 candidates can still make it to some service and than again few in next merit might have not opted for all services so about 250 ranks after the last selected can still make entry,,,,if the matter is genuinely proceeded by us
