We should plead GOI to allow one more chance to those candidate whose preperation got affected due to last minute decision of UPSC to make CSAT qualifying. This hampered a lot to them who are optimistic for scorinf more in CSAT paper-II. Also, UPA govt. allowed two more year UR candidate in 2014, but those candidate who reached their maximum age in 2011,2012 have not been benefitted of this extra age priviliege as during 2011 to 2014 they again reached the new max age as specified by UPSC. So, plz put these fact before the GOI trough FB, twitter and plead them to allow extra chance irrecpective of any criteria for UPSC,2016......Uditya 9477330871. Pls contact me so that we jointly make effort to get extra chance.

What about 2011 applied but not written candidates? They also should get extra attempt

Whoever exhausted their age/attempt during 2011,12,13,14,15 may get some sort of relaxation next year...Combined efforts are required. Pl contact Avinash Tripathi, He is fighting this case in High Court.
