Another great idea to fulfill SSSV policy..... Retirement age ko 45-50 krde...... Jyada retirement jyada logo ko job..... Ya 4-5 saal job kra kr nikal de.... Taki jyada se jyada log aa sake.... How's it???

Nikal to re 33 yrs tenuure policy ,55 yrs retirement plan, vrs etc kyuki later half me.salary jada hoti burden lagta inko
India me khaskar up me jaha logo ki income itni high ni hai usually students graduation (btch,ca etc) complete karke pehle education loan chukata h apne liye kuch earnings collect karta h uske baad prep ka sochta h isi sab me uska age late 20s me ho jaata hai .. ab isi me agr ghata do to sirf economically well established family wale hi opportunities payenge exam dene ka early age me ...
Itni responsibility wali job hain ye koi clerical ya file me quick se calculation karne wali job ni hain.jaise jaise insaan bada hota usually (exceptions hote)uski maturity aur patience increase hi hota ..ye koi army ni hai ki kam.age hoga to josh hoga kood jayega ladne ...dont know age ghata do age ghata do wala scene hi inke dimag me kyu chalta hai..

Agar exam process timely ho jaisa 18 mains, 19 pre scheduled time mai hue aur agar inke result timely aa jate h to age/attempt reduce krna sahi step ho sakta h.....40, 45(even 55) doesn't seem rational as: 1----jo already job mai h wo 32+ mai prep kr raha h to kahin na kahin work efficiency aur family time mai compromise ho raha hoga. 2---agar koi bina job k kr raha h to bhi candidate k khud k liye baht detrimental h as aur kisi xam, job etc mai scope nhi bachta..... It's just an opinion..... Jo reduce krne k against h kripya apne tark btaye as it will help in broadening my view further
भाई अगर कोइ फैमिली को कम time दे रहा है...तो किसी को क्या दिक्कत हो रही है...इसी बहाने population control तो हो रहा है...
Bhai 33-34 mai to wala already population badha chuka hota h..... Less family time increases work home conflicts, distress, less efficiency at work and so on......
ये सब तर्क वितर्क अपनी जगह और जो प्रदेश की सत्ता पर काबिज दल है उसके नफे नुकसान एक तरफ। अंततः दूसरी वाली परिस्थिति के अनुसार ही निर्णय लिया जायेगा।
Agar exam process timely ho jaisa 18 mains, 19 pre scheduled time mai hue aur agar inke result timely aa jate h to age/attempt reduce krna sahi step ho sakta h.....40, 45(even 55) doesn't seem rational as: 1----jo already job mai h wo 32+ mai prep kr raha h to kahin na kahin work efficiency aur family time mai compromise ho raha hoga. 2---agar koi bina job k kr raha h to bhi candidate k khud k liye baht detrimental h as aur kisi xam, job etc mai scope nhi bachta..... Aap kuch cases suppose kriye--- 1)koi banda 31 ka hai usne Abhi tk sirf upsc dhang se diya hai ....aur apne mind m bna rakha hai ki upsc k 6 attempt baad hi uppsc denge but achaanak ye ho jaaye to wo kya krega.....general category k liye limited govt jobs hi hai 30 k baad....wo banda to road p aa jaayega...agr ek 1 saal extension bhi de di govt tb bhi pressure m nhi niklega mostly ka 2)college k baad job pakad li....job k saath hi exam dete rahe 3 4 saal with less preparation kyoki dimaag m tha attempt se fark nhi padega for the sake of experience de lete hai....jb job chhodenge tb achhe se denga....jb wo job chhoddta hai ek saal prepare krta hai tb uske pass bs 1 attempt bachega is uncertain exam m..is it fair?? 3)aise case m unhe aaraam rhegi jinke pass kaafi achha guidance starting se hai....ek normal aspirant 1 2 attempt m exam ko samajh hi paata hai
