What about Mir Bakshi? When was it started?Any reliable source which ascertains Khiljis as proponents?
I didnt do that question, but I think its Mughal..khilji is impossible

Mir Baksh was the name given to department of military in the reign of akbar Although such kind of department was in existence since the reign of alauddin in the name of diwan-i-ariz

Ramsar wale ka sab 2 and 3 de Raha sab keys..I think it's 3 only...
Even wetland rules themselves use the term Ramsar,wise use etc, why is there confusion and based on recommendation doesn't mean each and every recommendation should be followed
