Hi, I am Siddharth Khandelwal, a Civil Engineering Graduate from IIT Madras. One of the floor in the building I am staying has just got vacated and the owner asked me to put an advertisement. Its a 3BHK flat, the locality is peaceful unlike most of the places in this area, it is congenial for studies. The flat has nice modern interior, beds and study tables are there in all the rooms. There is a Geyser, and a AC..A stove is also available, we people also get food made in the flat only. The rent is 42k, but you can negotiate with the owner. It is a nice flat for two or three friends looking for a place in peaceful locality, and I can also assure since I am staying in Delhi from last one year, the rent is correct for the quality.
