Hi all. I am searching for a single room furnished/semi-furnished in and around shadipur area. My budget is around 6000-7000(just for the room rent, no electricity, nothing else). My only concern is that the room must be quiet and clean, with toilet and kitchen attached, not far from metro and I don't want to end in a hostel having 20-30 single/double room.I don't need AC or any luxury equipment but yes cooler would be nice. I am ok with having few (2-3) colleagues, but not a hostel.Is it possible.
can anyone suggest how much a room in delhi will cost along with the general expenses (food and electricity). it would be great if someone can suggest good locations (easy availability of books). my budget is around 9k-10k inclusive of all expenses.
if u are a hindi medium student( i dnt think u are) then u should go only with Mukharjee Nagar
if u are from english then also MN is ok but u should check other places also not many of the places near to metro and near to coaching are cheap do teen log ka jugad karo, tabhi karol bagh me 10k me nikal payega
aram se rehna hai to MN is the good but all english medium coachings are not situated there
@Anurag_Sinha I have tried room in Ber sarai area....good news is that after GATE exam which held on 10th feb most of rooms are vacant and will be vacant by march first week....room with attached bathroom are available from Rs.4500 to Rs.6000.....but i find it too congested thus for me very few options were left there....... I am planning to join R. Chokkalimgam current affairs classes starting from 20th Feb thus looking for a semi furnished room in RJN/Jhandewallan/patel nagar area...... dont know it will be comfortable to have twin sharing PG room......i think fringe areas of RJN will be cheaper and peaceful option..... Does anyone having idea about these areas having semi furnished 1 room set?
