  • So why Bhakti Movement got so much popularity and followers?

It broke the barrier of Caste System
Disregarded Brahmanic ritual which were disliked by other castes.
People came to know that God created everyone, so all are equal infront of God.
In early Vedic system salvation can be attained by only male members of Brahmin, Kshtriya and Vaishyas. But Bhakti movement discarded this idea and promoted that anyone can attain salvation including womens and Shudras.
(So in short Bhakti Movement was religious reform movement)

Did any other movements co-existed with Bhakti movement?

Yes. Sufism a religous reform movement of Islam co-existed with Bhakti movement.
don't forget contribution of regional languages in Bhakti movement.
  • How am i going to reach an appropriate word limit if in case i only know 2-3 points. e.g say hoysala arch.

Now suppose i only know that
    1. Hoysala empire was in South India
    2. Worshipped Vishnu and Shiva

So i will add these 2 points and then go on :
-Dravida style of temp arch is remarkably visible in hoysala arch. (taking a clue that since it is in south-dravid arch can be linked)
-Apart from vishnu and shiva certain local dieties were also worshipped (who would check if local dieties were worshipped or not)
-Intricate carving on the temple walls (will use it for any south indian arch.)
-magnificient temple indicate high watermark of s.i architecture

    :D
