Two quick options- a. Wait till your results are out and fill it after. That is, if your results will be declared prior to the last date for filling the forms. b. Put your percentage till the pre-final year and then make the requisite change if and when you fill the DAF for the CSM. As many have already said above, UPSC is asking this for statistical purposes for now.
