Physical fitness test for UPSC Exam

Folks i have a doubt. In the CSE notification of 2013, its mentioned that physical fitness test would be done as per the Appendix III of the Rules of Examination of Gazette of India Extraordinary published on 5th March 2013. but i am not able to find this particular Gazette. If anyone have found it Please give me the link to that site. In Mrunal's site only some Parts are given about Vision and Hearing test.
I am a Locomotor Disabled aspirant with my 2nd attempt in 2014 prelim. I can perform the functional requirements enumerated for IAS in the notification for CSE 2013. But a particular thought is always keeping me restless as to what will happen if i am disqualified in the medical check up after the interview. I know its too early to think about it even before Prelims but this exam demands lot of confidence and labour and hence would like to check beforehand whether i am eligible for the IAS.
So i think i have two Options :
1) to find out and go to the Hospital where Medical test is conducted for the PH in CSE and confirm my eligibility. If any of you Know the hospital or centre, Please tell me. I would be very thankful
2) to find out the above Gazette and do the required test contained in the Gazette along with the doctor in a Govt hospital to confirm myself

thank you fren. from this i could find out name of some hospitals. bt couldnt get any clue about the tests that we locomotor PH have to undergo, like say walking for such n such distance. or is it nt mandatory for us ? Anyway lots of thanks buddy.

I calculated my BMI. Its 29. Would it create problems in medical ? It shld be less than 25.
