UPSC's modification in DAF- Candidate who had applied under EWS category in preliminary application but is not in possession of EWS certificate as on 31.07.2019 should indicate NO in the above column. Such candidate will be treated as General Category candidate subject to his/her meeting with all the criteria fixed for General Category candidate, failing which his/her candidature will be cancelled for Civil Services (Main) Examination, 2019 and he will not be allowed to appear in the this Examination. Now it all depends on our prelims score. RIP me.
