+1 from my side --- Typing mistake in Question -Set A Question 134 – The amount of energy during transfer from one TROPIC level to another in an ecosystem(a) Increases(b) Decreases(c) Remains constant(d) May increase or decrease. In the aforementioned question, the word “TROPIC” is a typographic mistake from UPPSC. It should be “TROPHIC”. It is pertinent to mention here that there is very much difference between TROPIC and TROPHIC, which is given herein below(Source : OXFORD Web Dictionary, Annexure 1 and 2 are also attached for the same) - “TROPIC” - one of the two imaginary lines drawn around the world 23° 26′ north (the Tropic of Cancer) or south (the Tropic of Capricorn) of the equator“TROPHIC” - relating to feeding, and to the food necessary for growth.

Had commission given more time people here would have raised objection in every question but in final answer key m sure hardly 5-6 changes will be there like previous years.
True... Only around 9-10 questions have logical and strong objections... Rest are flimsy and forced... I sent for 5 questions only - Indian Ocean, LFPR, Himalaya fossils, Art. 162 heading and High Court vs Central laws...
ismein se kitne change hone ke 100% chances h ?

Wrong ans ke liye 1/3 marks delete honge aur allotted marks to each ques 1.333 Hain...us hisaab se 0.444 katenge ya 0.333 as some people were saying earlier?
Easier way is to add questions and subtract questions only. For eg, say you have attempted 120, correct 99, wrong 21. Means total 7 questions wrong (one third negative). Subtract that from correct questions. 99-7=92 questions net correct.

Now for marks, 92×1.33 will be your final marks.
Thanks chachaji...but what if its a number not divisible by 3, like 22 or 23 wrong questions...how to calculate then?
