  • Their is new trend as per interview marks(in my limited understanding). Those who has appeared for 4 or more attempt without any job experience/or presently in service, they are awarded marks less than 160 and in many cases below 150.

This was my 4th attempt.Even after addressing all the question Manoj Dhoni gave me 146 less than last year by sujata mam(while last year interview was disaster).
    Please share your experiences also.
    Can't be generalized.
Blame sheer bad luck in this case of yours.
  • If you have given 4 attempts and have not cleared the civil service exams then quit preparing for it and go for higher study in your field or start your own business which will secure your future. Otherwise, you may be frustrated and can’t do anything except telling your failure stories.

It's difficult to leave once you invest so much time and efforts missing final cutoff by 9 marks but this year i will be giving along with my post graduation.

    45th rank
    5th attempt.
  • @jonBarfile - It depends upon what kind of board you get. Academicians like Soni and Joshi, in fact most people see sitting idle for long periods of time and just preparing for this examination as very negative and therefore the probability of getting good marks is really not that bright. More so, if you are a male candidate. Those getting high marks despite this, are really exceptions.
