Interview 4 or more attempt without job.

Their is new trend as per interview marks(in my limited understanding). Those who has appeared for 4 or more attempt without any job experience/or presently in service, they are awarded marks less than 160 and in many cases below 150.

This was my 4th attempt.Even after addressing all the question Manoj Dhoni gave me 146 less than last year by sujata mam(while last year interview was disaster).
Please share your experiences also.

  • The older u get the more mature they expect from you. U might have given the correct ans no doubt but maybe the answer which u provided did not show that level of maturity which they were expecting from a person with 4 or more attempt

    I agree with you.
  • I know people who have scored 190+ in 4th attempt without job. The thing about interview is - it's even more unpredictable.

Though I had 149. But I dont believe in thia notion.
There ought to be a difference between mba and civil services :D
Even without getting engaged into a formal employment, we are engaged some where in some constructive way..
Some one in 2016 scored 191 in 5th attempt. Never employed.

If this is the case it's a big relief for me.

You will always have examples and counter-examples to justify/refute your stand.

One of our students has 190 this year in Interview in her 5th Attempt.
Another has 168 in his 6th attempt.

Thus, it becomes extremely tough to generalise on these aspects.

But agreed, it doesn't make sense in the head when repeated attempts don't fetch us what we have worked (very) hard for.

I know atleast 4-5 people with min of 4 attempts.
And yes, they have got 180+
