@ L_Étranger : I think you have no idea how powerful is UPSC as an organisation is , for that matter any other government organization. Every government employee has to take an oath of secrecy or at least an oath to abide by the constitution. Though I must agree that before UPSC sues anyone from this forum , it would definitely suspend its own officer and start an enquiry.
As i have already said , this is highly confidential information and somehow it is really difficult to digest that such precise information is coming out from UPSC , which is known for its secretive nature and its opaque processes.
I have to completely disagree with you that UPSC can't sue people like that for the following reasons. 1. The kind of information that is coming out is not definitely covered under RTI ( At this point of stage),must be under officials secret act. Hence people can be sued. [ Given that info is correct] 2. Spreading rumors , creating panic , tarnishing image of UPSC , questioning the integrity of UPSC officials. [ Thanks to the IT ACT] 3. And in case candidature gets cancelled , the affected party can definitely move to the court and I must tell you that UPSC is really adamant on decisions it takes.
Been there Done that.
PS: All those who are spreading rumors for the sake of entertainment can definitely not make it to the final list. Common we need serious people to run this country.
@daafliwala : Bhai it is not expected from an IPS to spread information like this on public forum.

Thanks!!!
i am feeling guilty for the same reason and my source was terrified when he got the i hint about what i have done.
I agree that @daafliwala hasn't threatened or abused anyone with his official or any contacts. He just said "its difficult to dismiss an IPS from service and with his contacts he can manage if it really comes to the question of his job".
I think we need to stop unnecessary witch hunting and better study and analyse the intention of a person and his comment before opening fire on him.. [-(
@L_Étranger@Stardust if @woman tells that i have threatened her or any one by my comment then i will leave the community immediately. and @Learner11 i swear i will contact you if i get your details.
