I know some people who didn’t even qualify pre till the 5 th attempt and were in the list in their ultimate attempt Also oone of my family friend who is an Ias oh 2007 or 08 batch was telling me that their batch rank 1 had failed in 3 prelims and rank 1 in the last attempt it’s all about the EQ
