Hi.....can someone please suggest me effective solution to the answer writing i feel .... We know that syllabus is a wast one of all GS and the i have geography. Ideally i must have completed at least world history and optional but i have been able to do only a quarter of my optional and some tit bits of GS. And while i want to start answer writing practice now but then feel kind of inhibited-ness. Reason being that i feel that let syllabus be finished once and then answer writting because then things automatically structure in mind. But from past 2 attempts, getting only average or may be below average marks. How should i manage the two things. Please suggest the method.

Please suggest some solution. I had also written like 15 tests of vision last year and got 400 exact marks in GS which are average. Now i want to improve my score. This is the time i think is best to practice but again feel the urge of completing syllabus first which is leading me to same method i followed last year. Someone please guide me.

hi, i can answer a part of your query. i think its probably everyone's q. completion of syllabus vs. writing an exam. many aspirants including me of tend to do the former. but achievers do the latter. completion of syllabus is a myth. and it serves just as an excuse to be away from writing. to reverse this mental tendency we can do following things: *opening the day/perperation time with writing an answer * write those answers which intimidate you * using answer writing initiatives like secure, mmarathon * my way is: i first write without reading the news article.. then read the article.. then again i write it. in first writing i make as many mistakes as possible. while writing the second time i will take care to avoid those mistakes of course am not regular in writing, its really very bad thong for an aspirant to procrastinate writing practice bcs in other words its like procrastinating our success. the unanswered part of ur query: dude u r already at a good score i.e., 400s keep doing wht u did to achieve this and jst go thru toppers pprs. orelse do one thing.. take toppers answer sheet, select a qsn for those answer scripts and u answer it first and check for the deviation from toppers answer(caution: am not saying that toppers answer is the best. but u will get new insights in answer writing). i hope i partly answerred ur query.. all the bst fr ur mains. if u find any other better methods tofine tune ur writing practice then please do share with me. bye
