cabinet wala question...any clarity on that..?? my take forget about india and its cabinet. governments can be analysed in different sense like parliamentary form or presidential form. cabinet form or council form. council form where chief executive is responsibile for every thing. cabinet form where portfolios is allocated to different ministers. even before independence we have cabinet form of government ,which started after 1861 act. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_Councils_Act_1861.
cabinets can be in presidential /parliamentary /auctocratic governments.
