nabard..!! definitely not. general po type job kind of. nabard has very strict time schedule and one rarely have to work overtime.

not everything is about salary. working conditions in nabard is going to be much better than ippb. 1. ippb is unstructured. no one has any info about working hours and facilities. while nabard facilities are at par with rbi much better than po jobs too. 2. posting - ippb mostly rural areas nabard grade a,b cities only 3. working hours nabard 9-6 with occasional overtime, ippb new banking job, more responsibility, unstructured can not say, depends more on your immediate boss.

nabard vs enforcement officer 1. nabard posting major cities. enforcement officer tier 2-3 cities also. only after your first promotion to thr grade of Section officer tier 1 cities or capital cities posting possible 2. nabard in hand salary and working conditions much better. 3. faster promotion in nabard as compared to epfo(also region wise seniority matters) 4. salary in nabard is more and better chances of increment(bank personnel get salary increments at a much faster rate than govt/semi govt employees)

Enforcement officer post is above section supervisor. For place of posting you can see where office is located from epfo website .You 'll get fair idea.

An assistant manager in nabard is better than enforcement officer. Working conditions and postings are much better. Plus, you will mostly be dealing with general public in EPFO.
