nabard..!! definitely not. general po type job kind of. nabard has very strict time schedule and one rarely have to work overtime.
Didn't get you .... please tell in simple language which is better? I'm working on nabard and in hand salary here is between 55-60k per month
not everyting is about salary. working conditions in nabard is going to be much better than ippb. 1. ippb is unstructured. no one has any info about working hours and facilities. while nabard facilities are at par with rbi much better than po jobs too. 2. posting - ippb mostly rural areas nabard grade a,b cities only 3. working hours nabard 9-6 with occasional overtime, ippb new banking job, more responsibility, unstructured can not say, depends more on your immediate boss.
