I framed the question from DTE on issue titled : A new study on Africa's livestock emissions challenges IPCC's estimates
Okay, got it,,from manure decomposition and along with CH4... Thats a good link,,,they have also mentioned measures to reduce GHG emissions from livestock sources. Measures include: 1. Manure management 2. improving animal and herd efficiency by improved breeding and feeding 3. reduce herd size by improving productivity 4. better management of grazing lands to improve productivity and create carbon sinks.
never thought this many solutions could be possible for livestock emissions reduction.. thanks for the link..
