@Victor24 bro this is genuine case. i have strong reasons to believe that 2 or 3 people this year used forged or fake caste certificates. i am not looking for some kind of revenge but if someone is using fake certificates to get into these services can we expect them to implement the rule of law. will file an RTI UPSC reply karta h ya nahi vo uske upar hai.

one question, if father is from general category and mother from reserve category, can the children make certificate on the basis of mother's name..?? Is it allowed? pls reply with some backing for your answer/
