Is CACP (Commission for Agricultural Costs and Prices) a statutory body? If yes then under which Act? Different sources in google showing different things..some say its a statutory body and other only recommendatory body. Please help.

Yes its second statement is wrong , schedule I animals cannot be declared as vermin. Thats why recently in bid to protect vultures have been shifted from Schedule IV to I to pronounce the level of protection.

My logic- low interest rate>more buisness expansion>more employment>more tax net.
Is it right?.
But as ES highlighted,direct tax collection is very poor even we witnessed buisness expansion. Only 4percnt voter pay income tax.
