In that question in 2015 Prelims that year. It is the SC which is said to be the Custodian of the Constitution. However, President Pranab da had made a statements that his office is the custodian of the Constitution. Now though the conventional correct answer is the SC, UPSC can as well quote the statement of the President and make that the answer.
So , no one believed the first President Dr Rajendra Prasad at first
