How to prepare Ethics ?

edited March 2016 in Ethics
I request @Neyawn to please guide in this topic, I mean apart from subbaro is there any other source ?
Regarding answer writing , shouldwe use basic techniques like utilitarianism, deontological and other or as some suggested that we should not use these" philosophical terms" and write in general language !
My second question is about case studies, how to approach them while writing ? Have u used some references to justify ur answer or in this also we should write in general terms?

Not necessary...lexicon is more than sufficient
  • Lexicon only is engh.
  • prepare unethically. buy photocopy notes of lexicon from ORN market, seen pdf notes of some ethics classes i forget the name(the institute was located in hyderabad).
relax and let your brain understand the case studies. good luck :)
  • Ethics notes of hyd?? Itna acha notes hyd mein kaunsi institute ka hoga...
  • @bismark_da I have not secured above average marks in Ethics, so I would not be competent to guide you here.

However , 1) Lexicon is a must have
    2) Selective Reading of Subbarao will be helpful

@Subhash_Nagre is the guy who has super genius marks in Ethics paper as far as I can remember , so he could help. I am tagging him here. Hope he responds.
  • @Neyawn You still remember my marks :p. I would completely agree with neta wan, as far as books are concerned. If you are in a fix, go through Balaji's strategy, you can find it on insights. I quoted examples in few of the answers, I also wrote merits and demerits for all the options and why I have gone with a particular option. Lot of people get average marks because they are not able to complete the entire paper.
  • may be @JohnSnow could help us here. Sirji help us out, you have been very helpful
