@Etat I agree with you and I have mentioned a similar thought in my post. I just point out bio-centrism is one of the theory which says space-time is defined by our perception, it may be true or may not be, as you rightly pointed out about the unclear definition of life. The argument was about what Professor said about Quantum Healing and quantum Mechanics: QM doesn't deal with it but bio-centrism does. I am not defending bio-centrism but i am merely stating a fact. Furthermore, you have rightly pointed out about interactions and observations, also about neutrinos they barely interact with anything but we are able to detect them when they pass through ice ( Ice Cube Detector). Its just that we have to find a new way to observe things when we are not succeeding in it by using traditional methods ( ex: digital/ analog Detectors). In conclusion, my argument was about why I think Professor's quantum healing theory is vague.

I know. It is a hypothesis. It is vaguely allied to/derived from the holographic principle. I'm open to new ideas. Let's wait and watch. It's still a long way from from becoming a rock (I doubt it ever will). I'm not dismissing anything. But can it be verified and is it falsifiable?
