Ye thread ab lagta hai ki Result aane ke baad hi active hoga acche se. Uske pehle nahi.
Par jab bhi ye thread thoda sa bhi active ho, to koi mere question par bhi dhyaan de dena zara, jo main upar 2 baar pooch chuka hoon. AGAR koi usi combination wala ho to.
For the common misconception that nowdays IAS IPS are also posted as diplomats, that is not the case. IAS are posted for specialist jobs, for ex. An IAS is posted in Geneva because wto negotiations need someone with industry ministry exposure. Also they're send on foreign assignment like world bank. But these are only given to " favourite IAS" for ex. In Vajpayee GOVT his adopted daughter's husband, an AGMUT IAS got world bank posting. Even non IAS, can be posted there, like Irts IRS etc. In these generally those with economics degree are given preference. But IAS get mostly, & not other services because IAS is very powerful. For IPS, they're posted for intelligence & security coordination jobs, or for RAW. They're given diplomatic cover, so that if they get in trouble, they come back safely. In fact even army IAF & navy guys are posted as military attaches in embassies. But all these people do their specialised jobs.
Is there anyone who doesn't want his/her home state cadre ???
What reasons can be stated for this ???
Hum bhi most probably isi category mein hai ......Mera Home State Madhya Pradesh hai lekin mujhe chahiye Maharashtra ya Gujrat .....Lekin kuch acche friends and relatives se baat ki maine to sabne yahi kaha ki Home State ko hi First Preference dena chahiye.....
Baaki mera mann Maharashtra ke liye sabse zyada hai and after that Gujrat ....and that too with IPS as first priority ..

Bhai my question is intended to discover the possible ways to defend this seemingly insane choice of ours in the intvw. I mean people r dying to get their home state...hum hi asman Ka iklauta chand kyun banna chahte hain...they may ask

To unhone mujhe kaha hai ki GENERALLY interview board members is baare mein kuch bhi question nahi poochte hain ki aapne kaunsa Cadre first priority par rakha aur kaunsa nahi. Unko in sabse koi lena dena nahi hota. Interview Board Members agar koi question poochte bhi hain to wo candidate ki Service Priority par hi zyadatar questions hote hain.
