Vajiram & Ravi is a good institute for GS- paper 4 in Delhi. The institute also offers Main exam test series also. It has good number of students in its course and qualified faculty for case study discussions. The teachers maintain right balance between the theory and practical learning to help students build strong conceptual framework. G.S Paper-4 is not that tough if you are guided by good teachers. Mr Brijender Singh, Mukal Pathak & Mr Manikant had taught me at Vajiram. Now, I am able to manage the subject on my own, as I have got the approach to handle paper-4.
☺☺☺ Thank-you for sharing this extremely useful information .

Ur comments seems extremely childish to me. May be u hv been appointed to brand Vajiram n Ravi in public. I hv some serious doubt on ur claims
How can u say u r able to handle the paper on ur own and u hv got approach of paper IV. Please cite the reason for ur claim like u r getting good marks in mock somewhere or u hv got good marks in Mains exam?????
I also attended class at Vajiram and let me share my experience.
1. Not even a single case-study was discussed in the classroom thoroughly. So from the case studies part they are hollow.
2. Coming to their faculties now.
Mukul Pathak------- He appeared me a Grave B movie critic. He will use double meaning terms and make u laugh. One can thoroughly enjoy his lectures and he will seem that he is an excellent faculty. But once classes are over and u go through his notes and UPSC Mains paper then u will find that he was only a good ENTERTAINER and far worse a TEACHER.
Brijendra Singh-------- Such a monotonous and mechanical pedagogy and rot notes. It is hardly of any use vis-a-vis Mains Paper IV been xam is concerned. He rather emphasise a lot on his SPOKEN ENGLISH way of speaking as he rightly takes CSAT English class in CSAT batch.
Manikant Sir-------- Though his lectures are conceptually sound but what he will teach is too little for Ethics paper.
So in a nutshell you will not get APPROACH FOR CASE STUDIES at all. The content is woefully less for Mains exam. Output of class with respect to wastage of time is minimal. So NOT RECOMMENDABLE AT ALL.
I hv attended Vajiram and Ravi and I have got triple digit marks in 2014 Mains exam.

isn't pathak sir the one who teaches psychology in vajiram? afaik he is one of the most reputed teachers out there.

i have joined vision ias online ethics course where pathak sir is one of the teachers. i have just watched 1 class lecture till now. he has said that all we need to do is study his notes and my experiments with truth by M.K. Gandhi. if what u r saying is true, can u kindly tell me other sources that i need to refer in addition to it?

@saurabh5799 Ya he is the same person. I hv heard and got feedback from my friends about his expertise in Psychology optional. May be he is good at that and I am not competent enough to comment on that. But as far as Ethics paper is concerned I rest my case that he is good ENTERTAINER and a Grade B movie critic who has mastered the art of using dual meaning jargons. He just know how to sell himself by entertaining students. I felt he woefully lacked seriousness to his duty and just spent the whole class as a laughter platform without giving tangible benefit for this highly competitive exam.
Comments are highly personal and everyone has every right to differ from me.
