kindly arrange INS Vikrant or Boeing C130J as an alternative exam centre for students writing mains in chennai,as we have cleared prelims,despite drowning in floods atleast we have to appear for mains.
candidates from chennai can only write their mains only for namesake,that too only if the exam is conducted on a ship or in a aircraft.why should we fight this much isnt it the duty of UPSC to be empathetic and isnt it the duty of govt to help its c…
